I am an extremely competitive person that loves to compete in any and every aspect of life. I love playing soccer, basketball, and almost any sport. I also love playing any type of game, ranging from card games, video games, and board games, but my favorite of all will forever be Super Smash Bros. on the N64. 

I have dealt with addiction my entire life ranging from my Father's (Vincent) addiction to alcohol, to my own sexual addiction. Paired with my addiction I also deal with depression. With both of these struggles in my life I have learned many valuable lessons that I want to share with the world. The point of this blog is to further my recovery as well as touch the lives of those who are struggling or who have a loved on struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

No, I am not classically trained and do not have a degree dealing with these mental health disorders, but what I do have is experience. Hopefully, my personal experience paired with scientific facts, I will be able to enlighten and help those whose lives have been affected by addiction, depression, and anxiety. Everything that I have to share is my opinion from experience, but that does not mean it is definitive truth. Every situation is unique in its own way, but hopefully my words can inspire change.
